Esperienza di una giornata che mira a valutare la nostra predisposizione alle attività subacquee, con la dimostrazione e spiegazione delle attrezzature, qualche esercizio in acqua e una bella perlustrazione del fondale circostante. Il tutto dev'essere accompagnato da certificazione medica attestante l'idoneità alle attività subacquee (basta un certificato medico di sana e robusta costituzione del proprio medico curante).
